Our events are intentionally intimate, bringing together approximately 150–200 fun, respectful, open-minded couples from around the world. By keeping our group smaller than the typical resort takeover, faces quickly become familiar, conversations happen naturally, and strangers often leave as lifelong friends.
Each day offers its own rhythm. Relax by the pool with live DJs, spend the afternoon on the beach, join our signature happy hours, or explore the island before the energy builds each evening. Every night features a different immersive theme, transforming the resort into a completely new experience — from elegant masquerades and glamorous parties to playful beach celebrations and unforgettable late-night events.
When the music starts, the dance floor fills. World-class DJs, professional production, themed entertainment, and a welcoming atmosphere create nights that are electric without ever feeling overwhelming.

Isla Mujeres is a stunning Caribbean island just 8 miles off the coast of Cancún, Mexico. A 20-minute ferry ride from Puerto Juarez delivers you to crystal-clear turquoise waters, white sand beaches, and a relaxed island atmosphere that's worlds away from the mainland.
Our boutique oceanfront resort offers breathtaking Caribbean views, rooftop sunsets, beautiful pools, exceptional dining, and one of the most unique event settings you'll find anywhere. The island is small enough to explore by golf cart — the preferred mode of transportation — yet packed with world-class restaurants, beach clubs, and snorkeling at the famous MUSA underwater museum.
Fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN). From there it's a short transfer to the ferry, then a quick ride to paradise. We provide detailed travel instructions to all confirmed guests.

The takeover hosts between 150 to 200 people between the main hotel and overflow hotel. It's intimate and not overwhelming, but a great number to make new friends. For reference, Desire Pearl Resort has around 196 people at 100% capacity.
Absolutely. We always have first-timers at our events. We enjoy creating a safe space for all levels of experience. Even couples who aren't active in the lifestyle but love the sexy vibe come back year after year. It takes all couples at different places on their journey to complete the unique atmosphere at Room 77.
Threesomes are welcome. We must approve all threesomes before booking is final for the safety of our guests. Singles may also be considered on a case-by-case basis, however you cannot book as one. Email us if you're interested in either.
For the privacy of the hotel, our guests, and their safety, the name of the hotel is disclosed only to guests upon booking confirmation. It is a modern, boutique oceanfront resort on Isla Mujeres with pools, multiple dining options, and a 2,400 sqft penthouse event space.
Yes, this is an all-inclusive event. All meals, premium liquor (vodka, tequila, rum, and whiskey), room service, and late-night snacks are included. Event passes are also all-inclusive.
Room options include Jr. Suite Lagoon View (King bed), Jr. Suite Pool View (King or Oversized King), Jr. Suite Ocean View (Oversized King), and 1-Bedroom Suites (1,230 sqft with living, dining, and full kitchen). All rooms are priced per couple for the full 5-night stay. Connecting rooms are available.
Yes. The resort becomes clothing-optional starting at 3pm on the first day. Guests are free to dress — or undress — to their comfort level. Theme nights have suggested attire, and there's always a mix of styles throughout the property.
You may arrive before 3pm on the first day to check in. Your bags will be stored until rooms are ready. Lunch is included on the first day so you can settle in and start enjoying the resort immediately.
We don't formally collect ages, but most guests appear to be in their 40s and 50s, with some in their 30s. The crowd is mature, fun, and respectful.
Fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN). From there it's a 20-minute shuttle to the Puerto Juarez ferry terminal. Ferries run every 30 minutes and the crossing takes about 20 minutes. Once on the island, taxis and golf cart rentals are readily available. We provide detailed travel instructions to all confirmed guests. Transportation is not included in the room price.
